In my experience, this office is not respectful of patients’ time. Despite receiving multiple calls confirming my appointment, I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no update or acknowledgment. I ultimately had to leave due to other commitments. There was no apology and no communication throughout the wait.

I am leaving this review to warn others about my experience with this facility. I went in for a routine cleaning, but the doctor decided to perform a deep cleaning during the same visit. When the claim was submitted to my insurance, it was denied for medical necessity. Instead of properly appealing the denial, the office billed me directly for the denied amount. I contacted my insurance myself and was told very clearly that the denial was due to insufficient supporting documentation. My insurance specifically requested that the office submit a written appeal with proper clinical documentation to support medical necessity. This was completely within the office’s responsibility. Over several months, I had to call this office 2–3 times every month just to follow up. Nothing was resolved. I even filed a complaint with my insurance because this office was not being compliant with the appeal process. Despite repeatedly explaining what my insurance needed, they continued to send me bills, including another bill in December. Each time I called, I was told the manager was “not around,” and no one ever called me back. To make matters worse, the office falsely claimed that my insurance “was not willing to pay,” which is not true—the insurance was simply waiting for the required documentation that the office failed to submit. I work as an appeals specialist, so I understand this process well. If I didn’t have this knowledge, I likely would have paid something I should not be responsible for. I feel especially bad for other patients who may not know how to navigate insurance appeals and may be treated the same way. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and failure to handle insurance appeals properly. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Wajih truly took care of my smile from Invisalign teeth straightening to everything else I needed. Clean office, great service, and excellent results. Highly recommend!

I’ve spent so long searching for an honest, trustworthy dentist in this city — someone who doesn’t try to upsell, doesn’t exaggerate problems, and actually cares about doing the job right. I finally found all of that (and more!) with Dr. Wajih Al-chamaa. His work is perfect, his attention to detail is on another level, and his honesty is something you rarely find nowadays. He explains everything clearly, treats patients with real respect, and you can feel that he genuinely wants the best for you not your wallet. I walked out of his clinic feeling relieved, grateful, and honestly shocked that a dentist like this still exists. If you’re reading this review, stop searching and book an appointment with him ASAP. You won’t regret it he deserves seven stars, not five!

I had an outstanding experience at Avid Dental, especially with Dr. Chammae. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took his time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every part of my care. It never felt like a quick in-and-out visit, his attention to detail truly shows how much he cares about his patients. The entire team at Avid Dental is friendly and professional, and the customer service is exceptional.
