I don’t usually do this but I feel like it should be said. I went there last year with gum & dental issues after not visiting a dentist in years. The front office personnel and staff are all amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Dr Chammae was honest and exceptional on getting me back on track. I eventually ended up on Invisalign but was only on them for just 8 months which for me seemed like a short amount of time. Then after, my retainer was made and I was warned not to lose it. After a few weeks I did misplace it and found it a few days later but had issues reattaching them. Definitely my fault. Forward to my recent 6 mo visit for cleaning and follow up check in. I was introduced to a different dentist. She expressed herself sternly as she berated me for not informing them immediately regarding my retainer. She spoke to me like a child and asked if I even brushed at all. I tried explaining there was a death in the family and I had some other medical issues that were priority. She paused for a moment and went up to the front desk where it didn’t stop. Comments were out of line and not deserving. Although she tried to lower her voice so that I couldn’t hear her comments in the room, my wife was sitting in the lobby and heard it all. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately I didn’t finish my appointment and we left immediately. I wanted to continue my treatment with my original dentist but now I will have to start over.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in well over 10 years due to a terrible experience with a dentist. I didn’t feel judged at all here. Everyone was friendly and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Katerina (hope I spelled that correctly) she did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and also kept conversation so it wasn’t awkward at all. Already made my next appointment!

Wow! I chipped my tooth on Friday Night and was desperate to see a Dentist asap. Weekend dentists are hard to find, so I expanded my Zocdoc search to nearby Mt Prospect. Suzi at Avid Dental had immediate availability. I quickly studied reviews and was surprised at all of the detailed ones about the quality of the work done. Apon entering I learned that insurance would cover X-rays exam, cleaning for free. All I had to cover was for part of my chipped tooth repair, which was a relief, because I've been overcharged elsewhere in the past, and you just never know a place when in an emergency and are desperate. Suzy and her assistant Lucy worked amazingly in sync with one another. I felt like every tooth of mine has its own little "spa" experience. The ladies were gentle, careful, and very detailed in their work. My teeth feel like new. I should mention that the entire cleaning was done by the dentist. I've never had so much face time with a dentist before. My chip is gone. Suzi was so gentle with my sensitive tooth.She and Lucy again worked in supersync to make sure that while Suzi repaired my tooth, checking and rechecking with on how it was feeling, Lucy made sure I was comfortable with water and suction nozzles. I usually don't like going to the dentist, but now I kind of look forward to it! It's going to be part of a larger spa day.

So impressed with this facility, doctors are caring and knowledgeable, and the staff is super attentive and caring. I got dental crown done here and it was a very smooth procedure from A to Z. Now I am in invisigline treatment and I feel that was so worth the time and money. Overall, a good quality dentistry with reasonable prices. Thank you
