There honestly isn't enough good to say about this place. The staff and Dr. Chammae are all A Class people. I've unfortunately become a bit of a regular there because I'm terrified of the dentist, but each time I go it's as much of a breeze as going to the dentist can be. EVERYONE there is gentle, sympathetic, reassuring, and just all around cool people. Even though I'm not in the area anymore I will still go back as long as I need to. The best part about this place is the communication. They explain every step to you BEFORE they actually do it which is incredibly comforting!

Extremely pleased with the office. I had set up an appt for my father who is a senior and hasn't seen a dentist in years. The office was very caring, well run and Dr Baek was fantastic with handling my father. Would recommend this office.

After a year of orthodontic treatment and being unhappy with the progress, I received a second opinion. It was startling to find out it’s actually illegal for the dental assistants to be putting on brackets. This lead to numerous misplaced brackets creating more issues with my bite that was never being addressed. All my bottom brackets needed to be replaced. The actual doctor spends less than 30 seconds during the appointment just to ensure progress is great, despite no changes being made for months. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk, they said “well, clear brackets take longer to move”. Not only is this incorrect and misleading… if it WAS true, why wouldn’t I have been told this before treatment started? …because that’s not how braces work. Let’s not forget to mention this office charged an additional $1000 for clear brackets when other locations don’t charge extra at all. When I asked the cost to remove my braces, 10 months into paying for treatment with unhappy results, my quote for removal was higher than what other orthodontists charge for the entire treatment itself. All of this, on top of difficulty with scheduling, failing to provide non-latex rubber band options for weeks despite my records showing a latex allergy, and never having clear ligature ties - I’ve decided to switch locations. Avid Dental could not provide my “before” photos when requested. If you have a more difficult orthodontic treatment, such as an open-bite like myself, do not go to this location. Save your money, do your research, and go to a real orthodontist and not a dental office. Thankful I didn’t waste more time than I already have. For dental services: I also received a deep dental cleaning at this location. The first session was so painful due to the doctor’s techniques, I nearly blacked out and needed a different doctor to complete the other side for the following appointment. Overall, I haven’t had a great experience at this location. Best of luck y’all
