I had a great first time experience. I have not seen a dentist in about 6 years. I was very nervous thinking I needed a lot of work done. The staff was very courteous and made me comfortable and helped put my nerves at ease. I thought the doctor was very professional and thorough with his exam. I have followed and worked with Dr. Chammae from offices he was at in the past. He is very particular with his work, has great bed side manner and overall a good sense of humor. It seems in today’s world, it is deemed difficult to find a good dentist that truly cares about their patients and treats their patients like family. His charges are very fair and when in doubt Cinthia at the front desk and Veronica the manager are awesome at explaining the procedure, reviewing cost and puts you at ease with the payment options they have - thank you girls! There is not one employee that I wouldn’t have take care of me at this office. Everyone that works there has been properly trained and or dentally educated. On top of that, the decor is calming and the office is always clean when I come. I would highly recommend Dr. Chammae and his team! This is truly a wonderful office to work with! I always read reviews before I go to any new establishment, I know that businesses will always get positive reviews and unfortunately negative reviews too. I was reading recent reviews and was surprised by a few of the negative experiences patients have had. My experiences have been so different. My experience with Family Dental of Palatine has been absolutely fantastic. I've been a customer for over a year and have been extremely happy with both Dr. Chammae and Dr. Hong with their work and professionalism. The staff is amazing to work with as well, they are welcoming and are always extremely helpful. My appointments are quick and available to my schedule. My adult children have also experienced positive work and professionalism with both doctors and staff.
