Veronica– General Manager
Veronica is a dedicated and passionate dental professional with over two decades of experience in the field. As the General Manager of Family Dental of Palatine and Avid Dental in Mount Prospect, she has spent the last 5 years leading teams with vision and expertise. With 17 years as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator and Dental Insurance Specialist, Veronica brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient centered approach to her work. Her lifelong commitment to dentistry is matched by her devotion to her young daughter and family.
In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling, cheering at sporting events, and creating cherished memories with loved ones.
Cinthia brings over 10 years of experience in the dental field, working not only as a certified dental assistant but also in administrative roles. Her dual background allows her to understand both the clinical and front-office aspects of patient care. Whether she is helping you schedule your appointments, answering questions about insurance, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Cinthia is dedicated to making each patient’s experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
When she’s not in the office, Cinthia enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking scenic trails, kayaking, and exploring nature. A music lover at heart, concerts are always on her list of favorite activities. She also loves discovering new restaurants and sharing those experiences with her son.
Tanya- Dental Assistant
Tanya has been a dedicated dental assistant for over 25 years and continues to find excitement in her field every day. She values the opportunity to learn new techniques, stay up to date with the latest dental technology, and provide patients with the best care possible. Over the years, Tanya has gained extensive experience in a variety of procedures, from preventive and restorative dentistry to assisting with more complex treatments. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits, whether it’s easing dental anxiety or making sure each appointment runs smoothly.
Outside of the office, Tanya loves spending quality time with her family and her two sons. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys discovering new restaurants.
Jennifer- Dental Assistant
With 5 years of experience in the dental field, she has developed a strong passion for patient care. While she enjoys working with adults, her favorite part of dentistry is caring for her younger patients—helping them feel comfortable during their visits, teaching them about dental care, and making every appointment a positive experience. She finds joy in building healthy habits early on and creating smiles that last a lifetime. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her dog, Luna.
Rachel– Dental Hygienist
Rachel graduated from Kennedy King College in 2007 and joined our team in June 2021. She has attended every class at the UIC College of Dentistry and is licensed to administer local anesthetic. Rachel has experience as a dental assistant, and office manager and now, a dental hygienist. She treats each patient with the same concern, respect and empathy she would her own family.
Rachel is a single mother to her 13-year-old daughter, Danielle. She has four parrots and a dog, and she maintains an active lifestyle that includes the gym, rollerblades, skiing and her Harley Davidson motorcycle. She was featured in the June 2014 issue of the ADHA magazine “Access” for her eight years of experience in treating patients with special needs.
