I don't even go here and felt the need to write a review for such poor customer service. First off, my dental experiences have ranged from civilian to military over the years so I can correlate extreme differences. In short, this place is TERRIBLE with admin and customer service. When I say terrible, their wait times are horrific! I'm in the military and I know a thing or two about waiting, but avid dental needs to do an overhaul with their admin, especially the front desk/ front desk manager. In the 2 times I have been there my girlfriend has had to wait 30 a 60 minutes for a scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable. As if that isn't bad enough, this place is located in a sketchy area. All I'm going to say, if the dentist is located in a shopping mall...rethink your choices.

Just got done with my braces and teeth whitening, im so glad i chose this place, they made my experience very pleasant and did and amazing job. I just found my new to go dentist!!
