Scheduled a deep cleaning and crown change with them. Receptionist gave me a quote based on my insurance for the whole treatment with multiple visits and I agreed to it. Cleaning went smoothly. But on the day of crown change, the doctor gave me local anesthesia and then told the receptionist will walk me through the payment plan. Felt something fishy here. Receptionist gave me a new quote with double the previous price. I was shocked because they had already reviewed my X rays before and gave me a quote. Neither the X rays changed nor my insurance. They tried to pull a fast one here. Giving the updated quote after giving the anesthesia. Didnt make sense. I refused the services. They assumed I would go ahead with the treatment since they already gave me the anesthesia. Highly unprofessional behavior. Wouldn’t recommend this place for multiple treatments. Just the cleaning may be.
